Shakespeare has long been a source of artistic inspiration. His literary works have inspired visual art, plays, film, dance, music and more. In this concert series the Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra will collaborate for the first time with The BPA Shakespeare Society. Together we will present music and drama drawn from and inspired by the works of Shakespeare. In addition, the 2015 Young Artist Competition winner will perform as will the Senior Orchestra from the Bainbridge Island Youth Orchestra in a side-by-side performance.
