The gallery\nwalls are reserved for use by artists and cannot be used. Arrangements for\nlobby use must be made with the House Manager 2 weeks prior to your\nevent.\u0026nbsp;If seating is used, arrangements with the House Manager must be\nmade 2 weeks prior to the show date. BPA has fire lane restrictions which must\nbe observed for events with seating. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAccess to public relations\nlistings: \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBPA rentals\nand bookings receive the same foundational press\/publicity treatment as BPA\nevents, pending timely receipt of requested materials.\u003cspan\u003e\u0026nbsp; \u003c\/span\u003ePress\/publicity treatments include an event\npress release, inclusion in monthly event summary, manual posting in online\nlisting venues, submittal to other venues and posting on BPA’s website. BPA\nPublicity Department requires press package from user at least two months prior\nto event.
