Shannon Dowling joined the BPA administrative team in 2011 (while in rehearsal for BPA's May 2011 performance of Chicago). Prior to joining BPA, she was an IT Manager at a Fortune 500 company in Seattle where she managed the teams that are responsible for the deployment, support and monitoring of business applications world-wide and successfully developed and improved business processes using a customer service oriented approach, where she also created and facilitated training for employees and sang with the company band while doing theatre on the side. She holds a BA in Vocal Music Performance with a Musical Theatre Certificate from Humboldt State University, and is thrilled to be part of the BPA family in many capacities, both on and offstage.
