Zandi Carlson couldn’t be happier to be returning to BPA as the Director of Education. In addition to working at BPA as a teaching artist, Zandi has taught with Seattle Children’s Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Youth Theatre Northwest and Taproot Theatre.  She teaches story drama, creative drama, acting, movement, dance, musical theatre performance, Shakespeare and has coached students auditioning for college theatre and musical theatre programs.  As a performer Zandi has acted with Seattle Shakespeare Company, Sound Theatre Company, STAGEright, Centerstage, Seattle Musical Theatre, and many more in the Pacific Northwest.  Zandi recently directed STAGEright’s production of A New Brain, and was the assistant director to Theresa Thuman on Sound Theatre Company’s production of Holiday of Errors. Zandi holds a BFA in Acting from Oklahoma City University.
